Athletes, instructors and other affiliated members of the Ludosport Eindhoven Academy are subjected and agree to the following terms of service and rules by attending the academy’s activities:

  1. MEMBER’S DATA; LUDOSPORT EINDHOVEN AND KNAS MEMBERSHIPS
  1. Personal data collected during registration will be forwarded to KNAS (Koninklijke Nederlandse Algemene Schermbond) for the purpose of registering the member of the academy as a member of the KNAS federation. This is done for the purpose of gaining the insurance benefits of being a KNAS member. The fee for the KNAS membership will be covered by the academy upon registration and then once per annum. This membership fee is included in the cost of the Ludosport Eindhoven attendance fee, so no additional costs are expected to be incurred by the member of the academy due to this insurance.
  2. If a member of the academy declares to be leaving the Ludosport Eindhoven academy; or the active membership would be revoked, the collected data of the member will be removed from Ludosport Eindhoven’s database and KNAS will be contacted to revoke the membership with them. A request will be made to remove your data from their system.
  3. In the event that the academic year, for which the KNAS membership was paid for, would not be concluded and the declaration to leave the Ludosport Eindhoven academy was made by a member, the academy will incur the amount lost due to membership cancellation with KNAS once. If the member then reapplies to the academy and proceeds to leave again causing the academy to incur the same cost, the KNAS annual membership fee may will requested to be paid back to the academy upon the member leaving the academy for the second time. The KNAS fee to be refunded to the academy is dependent on the federation’s fee for the year the member would be leaving.
  4. For the intended purposes of these memberships, Ludosport Eindhoven reserves the right to fair judgement of what is considered leaving the Ludosport Academy without the member declaring to do so. If a member ceases activity with the academy through the means of communication-less non-attendance to activity sessions and/or exhausts their account of purchased classes without presenting interest in purchasing further classes, then they will be assumed to have shown the intention of leaving the Ludosport Academy.
  1. LUDOSPORT+ MEMBERSHIP
  1. Every active member of the Ludosport Eindhoven academy is required to hold an account of LS+ (LudoSport+) with a activated membership. This account should be activated at https://www.elearning.ludosport.net/competitions/
  2. Upon registration at LS+, it is the responsibility of the academy member to let Ludosport Eindhoven academy staff know. The member will be then added to the academy’s profile on LS+ (https://www.elearning.ludosport.net/competitions/team/ludosport-eindhoven/) as an official active member.
  3. The member’s name will be visible on the academy’s LS+ active member’s list.
  4. The Ludosport Eindhoven academy does not derive profits from LS+ account membership fees. The academy is rather obligated contractually by Ludosport International that all of its members must hold active accounts on LS+.
  5. Ludosport International reserves the right to incur a fine onto any Ludosport academy, including Ludosport Eindhoven due to active academy members without activated LS+ accounts. Ludosport Eindhoven reserves the right to temporarily revoke the admission of the member to academy activities and subtract classes from the member’s account of purchased classes with Ludosport Eindhoven to cover the Ludosport International’s fine. If the academy’s member’s account of purchased classes would not hold enough purchased sessions to cover this fine, then the member will incur the remainder of the cost of the fine.
  1. LUDOSPORT EINDHOVEN SESSION ATTENDANCE
  1. The attendance of each active member is expected at every of the weekly reoccurring classes for the day(s) of the week that the member chose to sign up for (i.e. if the member declared to participate every Tuesday, Ludosport Eindhoven will be expecting the attendance of the member every Tuesday).
  2. If the member is unable to attend due to any reason, then they are expected to let Ludosport Eindhoven academy know at least 3 hours before the commencement of the event. This may be done through the public social media channels of the academy, private academy contact channels or private contact to the member’s instructor or rector. Failure to do so will count the class as if the member has attended and the class will be deducted from the member’s account of purchased classes accordingly.
  3. During the attendance at any event organised by a Ludosport academy, the member is expected to follow the rules of the sport as outlined on the website https://slm.ludosport.net/en/sport/.
  4. Each member is required to wear their corresponding rank’s uniform for official Ludosport events presented to the public and at least a partial uniform for weekly classes. The member must source thei own uniform from https://www.lamadiluce.it/categoria-prodotto/apparel/ludosport-exclusive/ or another official Ludosport uniform provider. Ludosport Eindhoven may assist in the selection of sizes and in pooling of orders from multiple members, but will not derive profits from doing so.
  5. Ludosport Eindhoven academy allows its Novizio rank members (less than 1 year of training) to have the liberty to wear soft, full length, loose legwear other than the “Ludosport Combat Pants” and a choice of wearing either “Combat Tee” or the “Training Tee” (of the member’s choice of colour) during classes only for the first 6 months of the member’s membership. Full uniform as shown in the “Ludosport Start-Up Bundle” (Novizio rank) and “Ludosport Rank-Up Bundle” (Initiazo rank and higher) are required for all other official events and after the first 6 months of membership in the Ludosport Eindhoven academy.
  1. LUDOSPORT EINDHOVEN PRICING
  1. The single two hour class fee for Ludosport Eindhoven for the academic year is dependent on the academic season. Ludosport Eindhoven reserves the right to change this fee throughout the season.
  2. Any package of classes, promotional prices or other related services are derived from the price for a two hour class.
  3. If a member would have classes leftover in their purchased classes account with the academy and the fee for the two hour class would change, then the member will not incur any additional costs if the price per class were to increase. Ludosport Eindhoven academy would offer the member a reimbursement in the form of a discount for future classes as a result of this price decreasing. This discount cannot be used to cover more than half the price of the next purchase of classes, but may be split between several purchases.
  4. Ludosport Eindhoven cannot transfer funds or classes that the member may have purchased from other Ludosport academies or other sports schools.
  1. EXTREME BEHAVIOURS
  1. The member’s data will be shared to the appropriate authorities in the event of theft; malpractice; refusal to pay fees for classes and/or other costs in advance; or intentional damage to the equipment and/or hall. The Ludosport Eindhoven academy is open to communication about any event, but it does retain the right to revoke membership due to repeated caused issues; or misrepresentation and/or defamation of the academy.
  2. The member will incur any costs derived from the repair, replacement or public reimbursement of damage intentionally committed to the academy’s equipment; rented and/or public space; Ludosport’s public image (as contractually fined by Ludosport International); and/or other people (regardless if they would also be members of the academy).
  3. Ludosport Eindhoven reserves the rights to fair judgement if the damage caused by the member were intentional.
  4. Ludosport Eindhoven will not be held accountable for any accidental damage caused to the member due to their own malpractice or foul play during an external tournament not fully organised by Ludosport Eindhoven.
